Friday, December 11, 2010 located inAuditorium of PT. Office Pelni as the stock holder of PT. SBN, has beenimplemented the inauguration and the handover the new President Director of PT.SBN, Mr. Sudarsono has replaces Mr. Asep Suparman which is currently hadpromoted as Commercial Director of PT. Pelni.

Mr. Sudarsono who previously servedas Head of Legal Bureau and Risk Management of PT. Pelni appointed to be President Director of PT. SBN based on the Decision Letter of President Directorof PT. Pelni Number: 157/HK0.01/DIR/XII-2009, dated December, 07, 2009.

In the sidelines of the inaugurationceremony, Mr. Sudarsono said that he would sharpen the vision of the SBN whichwill bepoured in several action plans are still secret.

To keep improving the quality of service and management, Branch of Tanjung Priok has renewed the quality of management system certification ISO 9001: 2008 in October 2009, which is accredited by Sucofindo.

Branch of Tanjung Priok, which is the largest branch of the PT. SBN has proven their commitment in maintaining the quality of service and management. ISO certification will be implemented in other branches also.

Located in the Main Meeting Room of President Director of PT. PELNI as a main shareholder of PT. SBN at Jalan Gajah mada 14th, Jakarta, on Monday 25 May 2009 PT. SBN hold General Meeting to ratify management reports year 2008.

Meeting was attended by all shareholders. The shareholders had to approved some of the agenda as follows:

Sarana Bandar Nasional,PT (SBN) officially has opened Branch Office in Dumai port and constitute Drs. Nelson Idris as a General Manager on March 2009.

The opening of this branch office aims to increasing a market share, expanding the distribution routes, supporting an activities of the holding company and others.
